Miley Cyrus has certainly put her fashion foot forward. She was captured her rocking a fly Tupac T-shirt along with a pair of the cutest hot pants, and a pair of the fliest Versace Heels. The Versace Heels retail at $795. It seemed that Miley caused a media stir, as she showed up and showed out while, performing her latest single "We Can Stop".
