Rumor has it, Lupe Fiasco has landed his very own Vans OTM sneaker deal. This a great addition to the Lupe Fiasco business empire. It seems that hip hop an fashion are directly correlated; more and more entertainers are expressing a passion for fashion. For instance, Rapper Lil Wayne is currently promoting his Trukfit Clothing Line, while just yesterday, I reported the news that Basketball Wive's Draya Michelle just launched her new Fine Ass Girls clothing line.

Rapper Lupe Fiasco has been granted a creative control and design partnership with Vans OTW (Off The Wall) shortly after releaseing one of the noted releaset hip hop albums this past fall. “Food & Liquor II: An All American Rap Album” thrusted Lupe Fiasco into the spotlight again as one of the dopest MC’s with a creative and distinct fashion style seemingly inspired by New York street wear and hard to be duplicated. All about embracing culture and the true meaning of the African American Root, Lupe Fiasco brings the same qualties to Vans as he adds a tribal knit pattern to his new “Stovepipe” shoe on the Vans line.

The Basketball Wives' Draya Michelle has launched her new clothing line. Ironically enough the clothing line is called Fine Ass  Girls (FAGS) Clothing. Draya Michelle aka Draya is on the fast track to creating her own fashion empire. Prior to dropping this new clothing line, Draya launched her very own Mint bikini line. So far, the clothing line has dropped cute skullies, oversized sweartshirts, and a some cute little dog tag bracelets. Rumor has it, Draya's fashion line has already sold out. Draya chose this name to empower women all over simply because, she points out that women are so quite to hate on one another. She believes that all women should learn how to support each other. Lil Wayne's Clothing Line Trukfit Is A Big Hit

Who would've ever thought of the Rapper Lil Wayne as a fashion designer?- Not I. However, Lil Wayne has slowly but surely moved into the world of fashion, as he debuted his new skateboarding clothing line, named trukfit in December of 2011. Trukfit, hit retail stores like Macy's earlier this summer, and has now become  just that- a big hit. Lil Wayne credits the lines best feature as simplicity. For now, the line, that is in fact a mens clothing line, features bright colored t-shirts, polo's, hoodies, snapback hats, shorts, pants, chains, skateboards, and all types of cool skateboarding gear. The trukfit logo features the ever popular Tommy Boy character, which I think is too cute. However Lil Waynes is optimistic about the progression of the line over the next four years, he intends to expand his clothing empire.

Lil Wayne recently told MTV.com,

"I think because it's not trendy and it's not what's the norm," Wayne said when asked why he thinks the brand has become a staple so quickly. "People are tired of everything just being 'what's cool.' Everybody's wearing such and such, everybody's doing such and such, and I don't believe that's what Trukfit is. Trukfit is just a bunch of little characters on a shirt, a bunch of sayings and stuff."

Rihanna is giving fever, as she is featured in one of the sexiest lace black catsuits. Both Rihanna and Kate are featured topless, as they posed for photographer, Mario Testino, for a feature layout in V Magazine. Rihanna, never ceases to amaze me.
