Toya Wright is at the top of my list of cute celebrity costumes. She rocked this modern day wonder woman costume to the core. Toya's head piece and shoes were perfect accessories to heighten her wonder woman exposure. 

Ciara takes us by storm literally. Ciara shows off her sexy side, as she rocks the sexy catsuit, and blonde wig, mimicking one of our favorite X-men characters, Storm.
