My reply to you is, only one of the most fabulous designers to ever roam the earth. Guiseppe Zanotti is one of the most upscaled designers to date. He is most know for his amazing designer ladies shoes. Speaking of amazing, check out this great 115mm beaded sandal, that he named after the infamous Kanye West.
